Elements Massage

My unique personal curated blissful elements full body massage consists of techniques derived from Swedish massage, indian head massage, kundalini activation, intuitive flow as well as delicate gentle feathering touch, head to toe including face, chest, stomach, hands and feet.
(This does not include prostate and lingam massage - this requires a tantric bodywork session)

Working with the elements of earth - grounding, water - flowing, fire - activating, air - breathing/slow gentle touch, aether - energetic to awaken.

Although this technique is a lighter to firm pressure, you will definitely notice the results in effect of reduced aches and pains.

Using a warm castor and grapeseed oil blend providing vitamin E, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and toxin release benefits.

Regular stretching and treatments will support you in maintaining a good posture and balance of mind, body and spirit.
